Step by step guide for accessing the system and entering your information

To access the system and enter your information into the EEN system, please follow the steps below. The screen images will assist you in learning the system.

Note: You may use any browser on a Windows or Apple computer.

1. Enter http://een.okcu.edu in your browser's address bar.

Your member ID is your Star Access ID (formally known as a Banner ID). When you enter your member ID, do not include the B.
You will need to enter any leading zeros in your Star Access ID. If your Star Access ID is B00001234, you would enter 00001234.

Your initial PIN number for students is your member ID again. For employees your initial PIN is 1234.

2. The following screen will now appear. Your e-mail address will already be entered into the system.

3. In the text message field enter your text message address. If you are unsure of the format of the text message address for your carrier, click on the text message formats link. This will bring up a listing of current carriers with their text messaging formats.

4. To change your PIN number, click in the PIN field and enter a new number. When you are finishd, click on the Save link in the menu bar. This will save your changes. If you do not click on the Save link, your changes will not be saved.

5. Click on the Quick Reference Card link to print out the quick reference card to remind you of your settings. You do not need to memorize the phone number on the card.
